Tattoo designs are the work of the artists who draw them. If you believe your work has been copied using this site, tell us and we will act on it.
1. What we show
Pictures uploaded to this site, and the results made from them, are private to the account that made them. We do not publish them or show them to other users. Most reports we receive are therefore about someone using our tools to copy a work, rather than about something visible on the site. We take both seriously.
2. How to report an infringement
Email support@tattoostencilgenerator.com with the subject “Copyright notice”. Please include:
- your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work, such as a photo of your tattoo design or a link to it;
- what you believe was copied, and anything that helps us find it (a link, an account email, a date);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
These are the elements of a notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
3. What happens next
- We reply to say we received your notice, normally within two working days.
- If the notice is complete, we remove or disable the material and tell the account holder.
- We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe, and they may not use the AI tools again.
4. If your material was removed by mistake
If you believe material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, email support@tattoostencilgenerator.com with a counter-notice: your name, address and phone number, what was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or, outside the US, any court where we may be found), and your signature. We will forward it to the person who reported it.
5. Please do not misuse this process
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make the sender liable for damages. If you are unsure whether something infringes your rights, consider asking a lawyer first. See also our terms.
